How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?

Saying NO is rather hard  sometimes, but if it is going to impact on one’s well-being well then I shouldn’t feel guilty about it and be mindful that not making a stand and saying NO could expose myself to a scam or direct me down a path I didn’t need to go.

I’ve just been on a publishers site, ( not on WordPress or Jetpack) and they were talking about being infiltrated by the ‘ nasties’ that can attack one’s page..

So, who knows how to block ‘ Web crawlers from your Website’ or pages you access online?

Who uses robot.txt so that your work is not distributed illegally without your knowledge?

I am often suss about all the likes I get on my page. Are they really living human beings who just ‘ hit the like’ button and hope that I will follow their page or are they A1…

Only a few people have actually responded with words to my posts…

So maybe I’m not saying NO enough …
