Positive Change

Describe one positive change you have made in your life.

I’ve suffered with a lot of anxiety over the years and had lots of clever Doctors give me pills and try to introduce pathways into my life that would make me feel better but there is only one thing  that helped me,  and I’ve been practising it for about 10 years now and it has led me down more positive pathways than any other method.

It is Mindfulness.

Mindfulness is a practice of paying attention to the present moment, without judgment, which can help you become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and 7 potentially reduce stress and improve overall well-being. 

It has certainly changed my life
