What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
The mind is a powerful tool and by following a set pattern of values I manage to stay on top of whatever issues come my way.
I practise mindfulness and do breathing exercises, gentle exercises and go for long walks, I love spending time in the garden watching the outdoor life. Sunset time is also relaxing for me, a closure on all of the day’s events.
A diet of simple food that is easy to digest is also part of my routine.

I enjoy reading my Bible and meditating on the verses.
