Routines  or not?

I.have a routine of writing a weekly planner at the beginning of the week, so that all the important things do not get missed out of the different day they are due.  There are  things like doctor’s appointments, shopping, making phone calls, preparing meals, visiting folk in hospital or those who are not well, even watering the garden and by the end of the week they’ve all been ticked off or a line drawn through them except the one that is in big letters at the top of each day…. EXERCISE….. now how could that slip my mind? Well I do get some form of exercise  I have a programme I complete daily called Mindpal that is supposed to be good for brain training then I do a Mindful6 of relaxing and I do various routines in that..but get off your chair and go walking or jogging 7000 steps a day, .no never! I probably get in about 2000. doing all of my jobs but never fit it in exercise.

What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?
