What experiences in life helped you grow the most?
Looking back at my childhood and sometimes comparing my life to other young persons time..has allowed me to push myself forward to prove to others that I’m not the child they perceived me to be, I am better than that.
I have thought patterns & mantra I say to myself ..instead of saying..’. I can’t do thatʻ …I changed it to a positive thought by saying I am not able to do that at this time .. it works because it changes a negative to a positive in your brain. The next time that the issue comes up my brain is willing to give it a go..
