What’s your favorite thing to cook?

I’m not much of a cook these days, but right at this moment, if I  had an open fireplace, I would happily throw my Lenovo tablet & my Canon printer into ‘ cook away’ in the fire  together.

Electronic things just don’t seem to want to work for me this year.!!

But despite my ‘ age apparent ‘ ramblings, I do love to cook  lots of things.

It is winter in the northern hemisphere, and if I lived there, I would be dicing lots of vegetables and browning some meaty bones to make  à hearty soup or stew.

But down here in Australia it is far too hot to even think of cooking such delights.

One should be outside firing up the ‘ barbie’ or Weber BBQ.. or an outside metal plate either heated by fire or gas or electricity and slapping on a Wagyu beef steak  or a few prawns ( shrimps) !

Mmm, that sounds right! Or I could be tossing a salad together or baking a pavlova ( a delectable dessert made from whipped eggwhites & sugar that is baked in a slow oven and when cooled decorated  with fresh fruits..strawberries ..mango..

Chinese gooseberries ..drizzled with passionfruit and loads of freshly whipped cream).

Now, doesn’t all that set your tastebuds on fire!
