Describe your dream chocolate bar.

I’m not sure I could create a dream chocolate bar, but I was introduced to chocolate at a very young age. My father was English but escaped to Australia in his late teens.. ( that’s another story)..

He used to talk about how one could go into a Sweet shop and buy a pound of broken chocolate for 1 penny ( 1920s)… I can not imagine how long a pound ( half a kilogram)  of chocolate would last.

As a treat, he would buy a block of Cadbury chocolate for us kids once a week in the late 1950s.

I’m not sure of the price of it, back then..but I do know that was our introduction to the taste of chocolate.

I’m not a real chocolate lover these days, but enjoy a liqueur filled chocolate.A chocolate mint liqueur one makes my mouth water…
