What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?
Life doesn’t come with a “How to Live Life Handbook,” but many people have written books with suggestions of such ideals.
I’ve probably found out the hard way of doing life the wrong way, to then feel the inner push to right my wrongs..
I practise mindfulness, read my bible- memorise verses that bring me comfort, and am grateful and thankful for each day. I make time for activities that bring me joy, including abstract art, paper collage pictures, gardening, photography of sunsets, and writing.
I love to wander down by the seaside and feel the sea wash over my feet and legs.
There are many ways to bring comfort into one’s life, and it is never too late to start. Find your comfort points today.
